Q.01What is Asli Campus?
Asli Campus is school and college management software. It runs the school office on one record per student — admissions, attendance, timetable, exams, fees, parent communication and reports — so data is entered once and every list, report and statement comes from the same records. MLV Empire sells, sets up and supports it in Malaysia.
Q.02Which institutions is it for?
Malaysian private schools, international schools, tuition centres and private colleges — any institution that admits students, takes attendance, runs assessments and collects fees.
Q.03Does it follow our curriculum and grading?
Classes, subjects, assessments and grading are set up to match how your institution runs during implementation. Bring your current report card to the demo and we will show you how it maps.
Q.04Does Asli Campus connect to Ministry of Education systems?
No. Asli Campus runs your own institution’s records; it does not connect to or file anything with government education systems, and we do not claim it does.
Q.05How long does it take to set up?
Typically about three months from signature to go-live: set-up and migration of your existing records in month one, role-by-role training while running in parallel in month two, and portals opened to parents and students in month three.
Q.06Can we bring our existing student and fee records?
Yes. Data migration is part of the standard set-up — your student, staff and fee records are imported and checked against the registers you keep today before go-live.
Q.07How is student data protected?
Role-based access, consent records for minors, full audit trails, account lockout on repeated failed logins and encrypted nightly off-site backups — the controls you need to meet your obligations under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010. Your institution’s data stays yours.
Q.08How much does Asli Campus cost?
