Tuition centre management software in Malaysia · Asli Campus

Updated

Tuition centre management software in Malaysia usually costs RM99–RM369 a month on local plans priced by student band (ClassFlow: RM99 for 50 students, RM239 for 100), and more on imported tools that charge extra for the fees module. Asli Campus runs enrolment, attendance, timetable, fees and parent updates on one record per student, with the fees module included and no student band to jump — quoted per centre, in writing.

The four jobs that eat a tuition centre’s week

Ask any centre owner where the hours go. It is rarely the teaching. It is the money and the messages around it.

The usual wayWith Asli Campus
Fee collection. Each family’s fee, sibling discount and missed month tracked in a spreadsheet only one person understands.
Fee structures per student with discounts, scholarships and fines. Every payment gets a receipt, and balances are always current.
Chasing on WhatsApp. Scrolling a group chat to work out who hasn’t paid this month, then sending reminders one by one.
Overdue fees land in the office’s list every morning, with reminders sent from the system. Parents can see their own balance.
Matching transfer screenshots. Parents send a DuitNow screenshot; someone matches it to the spreadsheet late at night.
Record the payment against the student once — receipt, balance and reports update together. Honest note: it doesn’t read your bank account, so someone still confirms the money arrived.
Parent updates. “Did he come today?” and “dah bayar ke belum?” answered by hand, one parent at a time.
A parent view of attendance, marks and fees, and notices from the centre in one place. Students absent three days running are flagged to you.

What tuition centre software costs in Malaysia

Two pricing habits push the bill up: student bands that jump as you grow, and imported tools that sell the fees module separately.

The fair exception: ClassFlow publishes RM99 a month for up to 50 students and says it is LHDN MyInvois-ready. Asli Campus does not submit to MyInvois. For a small centre that wants a published price today, ClassFlow is a reasonable choice.
Where band pricing bites: on ClassFlow’s published bands, enrolling student number 51 moves a centre from RM99 to RM239 a month. Skooly also charges 0% on DuitNow and FPX — only card payments carry its fee.

Frequently asked questions

Q.01How much does tuition centre software cost in Malaysia?

On the published plans we checked on 6 October 2026, local tuition software costs about RM99–RM369 a month per centre, priced by student count (ClassFlow: RM99 for 50 students, RM239 for 100, RM369 for 150). Imported tools cost more once you add modules: Classe365 is US$100 a month plus US$75 for fees and invoicing, about RM716 together.

Q.02Does Asli Campus handle tuition fee collection?

Yes. You set fee structures with per-student discounts, scholarships and fines; every payment gets a receipt against the student; outstanding balances are always up to date; and overdue fees are flagged to the office every morning with reminders. Asli Campus does not read your bank account, so someone still confirms that a transfer arrived — but against one list, not a spreadsheet and a chat.

Q.03Can parents see attendance, results and fees?

Yes. Parents get an overview of their child’s attendance, marks and fees, and notices from the centre in one place. Students get a portal for results, leave and online coursework.

Q.04Does the price go up when we enrol more students?

Your quote is based on your centre’s size and is written down before you commit. There are no published student bands that move you up a plan automatically when student number 51 enrols.

Q.05Does Asli Campus submit LHDN e-invoices or connect to Ministry of Education systems?

No. Asli Campus runs your own centre’s records. It does not submit e-invoices to LHDN MyInvois and does not connect to government education systems.

Q.06How much does Asli Campus cost?

Asli Campus is quoted per centre, in ringgit, and invoiced by MLV Empire. SST is added where it applies. We do not publish a price; ask for a quote or write to hello@mlvempire.my.
