MLV Empire is a Malaysian company that sells, sets up and supports ten business software products, built by its technology partner Asli One Global Pvt Ltd in India. AsliCRM, Aslio, QRasli and Guestopix can be started online today; Aslio Flow and Aslify are in early access; Asli ERP, Asli Dine, Asli Campus and Asli Lex are quoted. Prices are in Malaysian ringgit, SST is added where it applies, and the full list is on the pricing page.
MLV Empire is a company based in Malaysia. We sell, set up and support the Asli One business software products for Malaysian businesses, and we build websites, mobile apps and custom software for Malaysian clients. You buy from us, you are invoiced by us, and you talk to us.
Asli One Global Pvt Ltd, India, is our technology partner. It builds and runs the software — that is why the products are called AsliCRM, Asli ERP, Aslio and so on, and why some of them live at addresses such as crm.asli.one. MLV Empire is the Malaysian company that sells them, sets them up, trains your team and handles your support.
Not yet, and we will not pretend otherwise. MLV Empire is new, so you would be among our first customers here. The products themselves are not new: the ones marked Live are running in production with businesses in India today.
Yes — see development services. Websites and web apps, iOS and Android apps, and custom systems built around how you work. It is also why a product can be extended for you rather than you being told no.
Start online: AsliCRM (free plan, or Pro at RM79/month), QRasli (free plan), Aslio (open an account and test) and Guestopix. Early access: Aslio Flow and Aslify. Quoted: Asli ERP, Asli Dine, Asli Campus and Asli Lex, because the price depends on the modules, outlets or users you need and the set-up involved. Websites, apps and custom software are quoted too.
Malaysian ringgit. AsliCRM Pro is billed in ringgit inside the product. Every other paid plan — QRasli Pro and Business, Aslio credit and Pro, Guestopix, and the quoted products — is invoiced in ringgit by MLV Empire, with payment details on the invoice.
No. Prices are in Malaysian ringgit. SST is added where it applies.
Better than a trial in three cases. AsliCRM and QRasli have free plans, not trials — AsliCRM is free for 1 user and 500 contacts, and QRasli gives unlimited static codes and 3 dynamic codes, with no card. Aslio has no monthly fee at all: emails cost RM2 per 1,000, so a thousand test emails cost RM2. None of them has anything to expire.
Asli ERP, Asli Dine, Asli Campus and Asli Lex are set up for each customer — configuration, data migration and training — so the cost genuinely depends on scale and scope. Asli Dine is priced per outlet. We would rather say that than put a made-up number next to an asterisk.
Asli ERP's tax codes are set per company, so SST rates can be configured. It does not support LHDN MyInvois e-invoicing today. If MyInvois is a requirement for you, tell us before you sign.
Not on the self-serve products. AsliCRM and QRasli are monthly or yearly and can be cancelled; Aslio is prepaid credit with no commitment. Quoted products carry a term because they involve real set-up work, and that term is written in the agreement you sign.
Printed codes keep working. QRasli codes never expire, on any plan including the free one, and no watermark appears. Dropping a paid plan means losing the paid features, not breaking material you have already printed.
Write to hello@mlvempire.my. MLV Empire handles set-up, training and day-to-day questions; anything that needs a change to the software is passed to the engineers at Asli One Global, who built it, and we follow it through for you. We do not yet have a phone line or a published response-time commitment, and we would rather say so than print one we cannot keep.
Not in Malaysia. Today the products run on Amazon Web Services in Frankfurt, Germany, and they are moving to a Hostinger data centre in Mumbai, India. Outgoing email is delivered through Amazon's email service in Mumbai. Full detail, including what changes with the move, is on the security page.
We treat the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 as the law that governs the personal data you give us, and we will set out in writing how we handle the personal data you put into the products, including the fact that it is stored outside Malaysia. We do not claim any PDPA certification. The privacy policy and the security page have the detail.
No, and we say so. There is no SOC 2 report and no ISO 27001 certification. The security page lists every gap so you can rule us in or out without a long procurement process.
Yes. AsliCRM exports your contacts to CSV, and for the other products we will help you export your data. We would rather be chosen again than keep you by making it hard to leave.
