Most custom CRM projects spend their first months rebuilding what every CRM already has: contacts, a pipeline, tasks. We don't. We start from AsliCRM's working code and spend your budget on the part that is genuinely yours — and if AsliCRM as it is already fits, we will tell you to use it for RM79 a month instead.
MLV Empire builds custom CRM systems for Malaysian businesses, starting from the working code of AsliCRM rather than a blank project. Contacts, a drag-and-drop sales pipeline, tasks, quotations, web forms and referral tracking already run in production, so a custom build pays only for what is specific to you: your own sales stages, WhatsApp-led selling, quotation approvals, dealer or agent networks, and a link to your accounting or ERP. If your team fits AsliCRM as it is, it costs RM79 a month flat for up to five users — and we will say so. Custom work is quoted in writing against a written scope.
We would rather sell you a RM79 subscription than a build you did not need. This is how we decide.
| Your situation | What we would actually say |
|---|---|
| A small team, a standard lead → deal → won pipeline, quotations and leads from your website | Use AsliCRM off the shelf. Free for one user, or RM79 a month flat for up to five. You can start today; no build needed. |
| Your sales process has its own stages, rules or hand-offs — site visits, samples, trials, credit checks | Custom. Stages, required fields and hand-offs built to match how your team actually sells, so the CRM stops being a list people update after the fact. |
| Most of your selling happens on WhatsApp | Custom. The CRM is built around the chat: WhatsApp links from every record, quotations sent to WhatsApp, and conversations logged against the customer. |
| Quotations need discount limits, price lists or a manager's approval | Custom. AsliCRM's quotations — shared as a link the buyer accepts online — extended with your price lists and approval rules. |
| You sell through dealers, agents or resellers | Custom. Each dealer sees only their own leads, leads are distributed by your rules, and referrals are tracked — starting from AsliCRM's referral tracking. |
| Sales and accounts keep re-typing the same customer and invoice details | Custom. An integration with Asli ERP or your existing accounting package, scoped as part of the project. |
AsliCRM is a live product with paying subscribers, built by the same engineering team that would build yours. Your custom CRM starts from its code, which already includes:
It is built with Next.js, React and TypeScript on PostgreSQL — the stack described on our web application development page. The practical result: you are not paying to rebuild contacts and a pipeline, and the parts you share with AsliCRM have already been used in production rather than only tested.
Your stages, your fields, your rules for when a deal can move forward — and reports that come from those same records, not from an export rebuilt by hand.
One tap from a customer record to the chat, quotations sent to WhatsApp, and notes logged against the customer. Sending messages automatically through WhatsApp's business API needs your own Meta-approved business account; we scope that separately.
Price lists, discount limits per role, manager approval before a quotation goes out, and a record of who accepted what and when.
Separate logins per dealer or agent, each seeing only their own leads; lead distribution by area or product; referral and commission tracking.
Customers, quotations and orders passed to Asli ERP or your accounting software. We check before quoting what your package actually allows — an API, an import file — rather than promising a connector that does not exist.
Your existing spreadsheets or old CRM moved across as part of the project, so the team is not running two systems side by side.
Five steps. You know the price before any build work starts, and you see working software at every milestone.
You show us how you sell today — the spreadsheets, the WhatsApp groups, the quotation template. We show you AsliCRM working, so the conversation is about the gaps, not about features every CRM has.
We write down what will be built, what will not, and the milestones — then quote each milestone in ringgit against that document. You approve it before work starts. Anything new later is quoted the same way, not slipped in.
The first milestone is usually AsliCRM with your pipeline and fields, in your team's hands. Approvals, dealer logins and integrations follow in later milestones, each one working software you can use, not a slide.
Deployment, moving your existing data across, training for the people who will use it, and the full source code with its documentation.
After go-live we stay on it: fixes, small changes and hosting, on a monthly arrangement or per request — whichever you choose in the quote.
Quoted in writing, against a written scope. There is no rate card on this page because a CRM with your own pipeline and a CRM with a dealer network, approvals and an accounting link are not the same job. The quote is fixed per milestone, in Malaysian ringgit, and you have it before you commit to anything.
Starting from AsliCRM changes the number in your favour: contacts, pipeline, tasks, quotations, web forms and referral tracking already exist, so they are not on your quote as new work. If nothing on your list needs custom work, the honest answer is AsliCRM at RM79 a month, and that is what we will recommend.
Ownership is agreed in writing before work starts: either full assignment of the bespoke work to you, or a lower price where the underlying platform core stays ours and is licensed to you for as long as you use the system. Either way you receive the source code of what we built for you, and you are never locked out of your own data.
MLV Empire is the contracting party — a Malaysian company (SSM 202603009657) in Johor Bahru. The engineering is done by the team of our technology partner, Asli One Global, working to the same written scope. You deal with one company, in ringgit.
Hosting and data: by default the system runs on our technology partner's cloud servers, which are outside Malaysia; if your policy requires it, we quote it in your own cloud account or a region you choose. See security & data. Prices are in Malaysian ringgit. SST is added where it applies.
It is quoted in writing against a written scope, fixed per milestone, in ringgit — not estimated on a call, because a CRM with your own pipeline and one with dealers, approvals and an accounting link are different jobs. If AsliCRM as it is fits your team, it is RM79 a month flat for up to five users, or free for one user. Prices are in Malaysian ringgit and SST is added where it applies.
Use AsliCRM as it is if your team is small and your process is a standard lead, deal and quotation flow. Build custom when your sales stages, WhatsApp-led selling, quotation approvals, a dealer or agent network, or a link to your accounting or ERP do not fit a standard CRM. Tell us how you sell and we will say which one you need — including when the answer is the RM79 subscription.
No. It starts from AsliCRM's working code — contacts, sales pipeline, tasks, quotations, web forms and referral tracking — which already runs in production. You pay for what is specific to your business, not for rebuilding what every CRM has.
Yes. We build WhatsApp links from every customer record, quotations shared to WhatsApp that the buyer accepts online, and conversations logged against the customer. Sending messages automatically through WhatsApp's business API needs your own Meta-approved business account, so we scope that separately and tell you what it involves before quoting.
Yes, where your package allows it. We connect to Asli ERP directly, and to other accounting software through its API or import format. We check what your package actually supports before quoting, so the integration is part of the written scope rather than discovered afterwards.
Agreed in writing before work starts: full assignment of the bespoke work to you, or a lower price where the platform core stays ours and is licensed to you. Either way, at handover you receive the source code of what we built for you, with training for your team and the option of ongoing support. MLV Empire, a Malaysian company in Johor Bahru, is your contracting party.
